Protests of WallStreet can`t change any thing because in their Country freedom is just for Sex but but the rights of asking for good life and justice is Always ignored
Most of you making comments are economic illiterates. You seem to think that there is some static supply of wealth and that the reason you don't have enough is that rich people are keeping to much. Wealth is created ...or traded for labor. Not some specific sum of money "distributed" among people. The reason that the rich keep getting richer is that they keep doing the things that made them rich in the first place. Same for the poor.
@MrLoppytop Yep. The moochers , losers , spoiled , and the stupid eventually outnumber those who are intelligent enough to understand it and make it work. It's a shame that the human race has to be held back by the mob of self righteous , low IQ , easily manipulated morons that inevitably fuck it all up with their " Take care of me " attitude. So willing to surrender their freedom in the pursuit of the laziness of having their life and security handled for them by a " ruling class."
Probably the biggest bunch of idiots I've ever seen. The majority of the wealth shouldn't be shared by only 1% but by all. The thing I don't get is why, when they should be working harder in their jobs to make money and increasing that 1%, they are being lazy assholes marching down Wall Street.
The current CEO; where I work, gets paid EACH hour of the day, the average yearly income of the typical *hourly wage* worker in our company. If the CEO vanished tomorrow, our company would continue with business as usual. If the 46,000 employees in Missouri; alone, vanished tomorrow......CEO is going to get hungry.
@dodgyhingst Assuming that this isn't the Left Behind series and that people won't just vanish but rather all go on strike or something, then you would have a hungry CEO... and a hungry 46,000 people. If a CEO weren't worth more than 2M to the company then the company wouldn't pay them so much, they would just find someone who would do it for cheaper.
@jacoblroper The board of directors at Walmart ~example~ work as CEO's of other corporations and the CEO's at Walmart sit on the board of directors of other companies. They give each other insane payraises and bonus checks...because there is no one else in a position of power to stop them. **You scratch my back, I scratch yours**. This is the case with the CEO's and board of directors with basically all corporations.
@dodgyhingst I admit that it does sound bad and in most cases probably true, but then again how could it ever be right to take away what someone has earned, or what their families have worked for and earned. Those pay raises and bonus checks they give each other seem like they weren't earned but they did work to get to that level of power where they can get in on a system that scratches each other's backs while the other 99% of the population did not.
Biggest pack of losers I've ever seen gathered. I know that they're losers because they are gathered to blame others for their failure at life. I'm not rich and I don't go in the streets and whine about it. If you can't make it in this country than you need to examine your own behavior.
@rstryker27 these are people who work 3 jobs and 12 hr straight but still cant afford to live. People who went to college and now cant get employed in the USA and people who see others not working at all but are billionaires simply Because they had to work 3 jobs and end up with nothing. People who are sick of the USA being a 3rd world nation and foreign bankers are extracting Americans wealth.
To understand the happenings of today we must study the past. This study begins with Rothschild. After taking control England's central bank they are quoted with saying it matters not who makes the laws as long as I control the money supply. You'll encounter Smedley Butler, Andrew Jackson, Lincoln and Russian czar Alexander, Bolshevik revolution, Garfield, Wilson, and you'll encounter Warburg, Rockefeller, eugenics, Nazi's,. Bush, De Beers, Morgan, + other well known names
@gopconservative78 You can sit there and complain, but those people are there for you. You can say that you work hard and live within your means but you are just ONE crisis away from being under a mountain of debt.
all the wealth is just monopoly money paper not worth anything
