I was a teaching assistant in biometry and botany and all the girls in the classes turned their shit in on time, came to class, and got good grades. It was only among the males that we had to deal with failing students because they never showed up or did anything, or were clearly hung-over or high in class. That is the truth. Boys screw-up more than girls. They have less motivation.

@Djstudiosgold Sounds like you know about 7 people. I was a teaching assistant for two classes, that was about 140 people. I saw all their grades and observed their progress. I'd say I know more about boys and girls than you. Now I'm in a managerial position and I have the same problem. The men get about 2/3 the work done that the women get done. Plus they constantly have to be watched otherwise they stand around. Men today are lazy and unmotivated. No wonder our country is going down the tubes.

@St37One I don't think there is anything intrisically misandric about the Family Court. There is no law that states children should never be given to fathers. In a separation, children are supposed to be given to the family member who they have spent the most time with and who is the most capable of providing them security and stability. It's the individual judges that may be prejudiced.

The same principle applies to VAWA.

As a true gender abolitionist I find both sides of this argument to be extreme. It is of course very true that feminists aren't truly out for equality but for female superiority, much as your side tends to favor male superiority. Many of your complaints are ones that an honest pursuer of ANY viewpoint could agree with. Some of them are rooted in more general flaws in the legal system. You have presented those points which I might argue against in too vague a manner to be easily addressed...

Weaknesses in the legal system do play a role, but these problems ultimately stem from a highly organized and well funded feminist movement, and a lack of opposition. Feminist propaganda and groupthink seems to get the better of otherwise rational/honest people. My side does not tend to favour male superiority, and it is in line with what most men and women would be inclined to support, but yet tangible support and organization is still lacking. I would be happy to elaborate.
