  • In terms of running I find that the best HIIT workout is a sprint workout, in which you sprint 100% for 100 yards and walk 50 sprint 100 yards slow jog 50 repeat for 40 minuets

  • would it be better if u just did jogging the whole time without the rests?

  • I've been doing Interval training at a steady 2% incline. 7 mph for 75-90 sec, then 3.8 (walk) for 90-105 sec or longer depending. I don't enjoy messing with the incline so I prefer to change the 'intensity' by using the speed. If I bumped my 2% incline up to say 4 or 5%, would it still work for me ?

  • @67dodgepolara . Yes it will! As long as your body progresses and gets stronger you make it harder so you keep adapting. Thanks for the comment! Keep it up.

  • NOT WORKING HARD ENOUGH

  • @premierfitnesss1

is it better to do what you just done or to do the other way?

the other way is when you do the warm up and then raise your incline to about 1 and then you raise the speed to (well i raise the speed this much) 13 and stay @ that speed for 1 mins and then come back down to a slow walk and recover and repeat the cyle for about 15 mins!
