the bad guy had to kill himself in all 124 parallel universes in order to become god but now he cant cuz they just send him to a prison universe where he can never leave so he will never be a real god but can still kick anyone's ass in hell (the prison place)

the bad guy is lucifer/satan that is why he reigns in hell and is standing on top of a pyramid at the end. lucifer always wanted to be god. lucifer is symbolized as the capstone of a pyramid.
