No, there's a site called file2hd, which rips the files of given url's.

They now added a feature that you can download the sound from videofiles as mp3s, meaning i know got the song in this video in mp3 format.

It doesn't work on some sites but myspace and youtube works perfect.

@colerac Using programs to download videos from youtube you need do nothing. But if you prefer to make life easier for the people, you can send the mp3 file to a file server like megaupload and post the link in the video description.
