As a bonus, one head had posionus Breath.

There's a 3rd version of the hydra. A mutated tentacle monster that lives in the sewers, wating for a poor victim to come by a manhole, then it uses it's harp stabbing tentacle, and drags it's prey back in the sewers, where it's eaten (It was called a Hydra from the HL2 leak).
true i admit it has one head befor its cut off that is then the Hydra will regrows more useally 2 new ones along with its first the Hydra's ability to regrow its head is similar to the lizard's abality to regrow its tail i think of the Hydra as a cross between a snake and a lizard

a hydra can have an unlimited amout of heads and it usally has either 2 arms and 2 legs or just 2 legs
