The levitation wasn't done smoothly. It looks unnatural; once you're "off" the ground you balanced yourself for a few seconds making it look like something is supporting you under your shoes. If you want to make a convincing appearance of levitating, don't wobble and balance yourself once you're "off" the ground because if you could actually float on air you don't need to balance yourself. It's just like floating on water; you don't balance yourself when you're floating on water.
I own almost every street levitation on the market: Elevator, "One", Skywalker, King Rising, etc. Peter Loughlan is a genius, though i've tweaked the handling of this effect slightly. Keep up the good work but remember criticism is only going to make you better.

The way you basically showed yourself placing the gimmick in plain view was a terrible idea for a youtube video. With that being said I hope practice has made you better at it. That was good, just a little too fast. This is a hard illusion to perfect though, I just got it from Penguin and it is difficult -.- I would have preferred to have a DVD instead of a book, but maybe that is just me.

The major problem is "the repeat performance" factor. EVERYONE can watch it 100 times on YouTube. Over and over and over again! Two MAIN RULES of magic are broken with YouTube:
1) DON'T TELL THE AUDIENCE WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN. (if they've seen it even ONCE before, this rule is out-the-window).
2) NEVER REPEAT A TRICK! (again, if they've seen it even ONCE before, this rule is out-the-window too).
Magic looks like magic because the magician USES the rules of the game!

Don't take this personally, but honestly, this 3 inch "levitation" crap is almost comical. For starters, practically everyone looks like they're "balancing". The same method has been reworked, renamed and resold TOO MANY times! Even when a version is done well, the "illusion" still sucks!
My advice (not that u asked) would be to stop buying the latest variation and just PRACTICE UR ASS OFF with whatever one u own! If u are really serious about magic, invest in a stage "levitation" illusion!
