  • instead of nail glue caan u use the liquid?

  • wow! i am really going to start doing my own nails instead of going in to do it, seems so much cheaper!! because its expensive to get them off put them on fill them then take them off and then back on then fill ahh!!

  • @rhianagriffin1 she said Sallys dumb ass

  • gotta try this. FIVE-STARS...even though you can't rate it like that anymore but yeeah. <3 great video.

  • i did my nails myslef using the same things but mine dont look like yours. yours look perfect mine dont. how long have you been doin it?

  • You Look Like Audrina From 'The Hills' ;) ♥

  • what do you do when your natural nails start to grow out? the white tips are underneath the acrylic so do they have to be removed?

  • dont dip ur finger in the acrylic paste/powder use an acrylic brush lol :)

  • @yasmin9100 the way she did her nails was using the quick dip process, the point of it is so that you don't have to use a brush, that's the other way

  • WH3R3 Do U q3T tH3 ACRyliC Kit At???

  • I noticed after you sprayed the quick dry stuff in the dark bottle some slimy liquid was running off your thumb. how do you get rid of that?

  • i think u should had clip it before

  • where did you get the acrylic kit at??? like the storee...

  • your ment to put the glue on the tip not the nail...and dont file across your nail either....file in a downward motion..you ruin your nails doing it the other way. otherwise you did a great job :)

  • kool......

  • it was really good

  • wen i went to get my nails done they used sisores to cut them and it looks like it works alot better:)

  • I tried really hard to look up the exact same item on the Sally's website. I think it's been replaced with "All Season Quick Dip Powder System" since it has the same item #. So I'm not sure if it will be the same quality... =( Do you know?

  • i love ur nails!!!!!! :P

  • Oh thank you so much!!! Now i know how to do them right this time!! yay!!

  • This looks nice and all, but wouldn't it be cheaper and take way less time to just buy whole nails with the tips? Then all you would have to do is put the glue on and stick it to your nail. I've done that method before, and I didn't need to rough up my nail or anything, and it only took a little over 5 mins.

  • @BiggestTwerdAlive they dont last anywhere near as long as acrylics though. and i think the acrylics look better than the press ons personally

  • I like it;-)))

    thank you!!!!

  • this was good !!!

  • HEY Gal! You gotta tell me please, where did u get that dipping system, or whatever is called, its just so cool! Can u send me a link or tell me the store where did u buy it? I will really appreciate that!! The tutorial is great! really really like it! It does save money!!!!

  • i love it !!! when i did this i totally missed steps so it came out like doo doo ! hahah ... thanks i and gonna try this :)

  • u got 5 stars and a new subscriber! =D

  • wot girls do to get there nails perfect lol

  • <3 it!

  • wow i really love ur videos it show me so many thing wow u save me 30 dollars thank you

  • you are not suppose to file your natural nail like that!! are you crazy!!

  • @sulie07 That's what they do at the nail salon.

  • Comment removed

  • @golddustwoman86 yes but nail files come in certain grits. the finer the grit the rougher it will be on your nail. you cant just use any file to buff the natural nail surface. thats not healthy. it can damage your nail bed.

  • wonderful job

  • Wonderful job.

  • does urs come out with white little specs inside?.. for some reason when i did mine they came out with a lot of little white specs.

  • @steph031090 heyyheyy(: the reason probobly is because;; youu need to use acrylic primer before youu apply the acrylic or youu need to buff them more(: i work at a salon and thats what i do to unsure i end up with no bubbles and screw upp(:

  • do u know u can get 500 white nails for frensh nails on ebay for 4 bucks

    with free shippin

  • this was a waste of my time.

you have no idea how to do them.

you are not supose to dip your nails into the acrylic powder.

    wow

  • @Makeupbyerica Actually, I just went out and bought the same kit she used today. The directions DO tell you to dip the nail - it even shows an image of it. I've been to salons before and they've always brushed it on. Obviously the kit is called "Quick Dip" for a reason. =/

  • Hi im a qualified nail tech and just thought id let you know theres a much easier tool for cutting your nail extensions. You can get them at sallys and they cut the nail in one motion. NEVER use nail clippers as theres more chance of then cracking later.

  • @ScratchNails Thanks for the tip! =D

  • Hey ahanah, i just wanted to noe that if sallys will have the same product rite now as well? they really look grreat... i really love ur nails...

  • not cute at all..

  • @kisstamakeup why's that??? she's really talented!

  • i made my nails yestarday

and they look quite alike to ur's but my style is a bit different

i'll try ur's in the acrylic method it seems easier than mine (:

    thanks

  • wow im a nail technician and u totally jacked ya ish up! good luck! on doing others

  • loved ur video is was really good i got my nails did today for the first time but now i see yho do it ima start doin them from now on and save $26 Thanks a Million

  • thank y0u s0 much , n0w i can d0 this myself and i d0n't have t0 pay 45 d0llars every 3 wks ! Thanksss (=

  • everybody has a different taste and budget

  • Know i just learn so mutch about this video.

    -- Perfect !

  • For fench manicure

    first you wash your hands.

    1. push back your cutticles

    2. shorten the natural nails

    3. rough up the natural nails

    4. fit all the ten tips to the natural nail

    5. put some glue on the TIP and paste them on the edge of the natural nail.

6, after al ten nails you cut the tips at the lenght you wish. cut them with the special tip cutter.

    7. file the tip into right shape and also rough up the tip a little so the acryl wont glide off.

    8. start with the acryl

  • acrylic nails are NOT easy to do. your nails look weird and ugly. go to a REAL nailstylist

  • @jumpstylecrew seriously, they look great considering the fact that we spend $30/$40 each time at a regular salon. They overprice, its true. She did a stand up job for only spending $20, which will last for around 4 months. Thanks for the video.

  • this is the worsed acrylic nails video ever. i make them myself and i don't ever try it like this. succes with your weard nails.

  • tHIS IS THE BEST ARYLIC NAIL VIDEO I FOUND

  • wow that looked really easy

  • i done my nails myself today the do really good.thanks for the tips

  • thank you i really learn alot

  • Amazing nails! absolutely love them! I live in estonia and im currently looking for a cheap alternative to gel nails (in estonia a lot of the girls have about 2 inch gel nails on. how the hell can they use the bathroom???) Anyway this is a very intresting idea, ill see if i can find the things you use in my country. TY!

  • I think they have it at CVS and you can also get the dipping crylic kit she used at CVS as well. I saw this product a couple years ago and didn't think it would work. Now i wish i had bought it.

  • Comment removed

  • thats so cool thx for this now i know how to do it!

  • Invest in some tip cutters.

  • Joshdrisner, you could be a little nicer.

  • i luv them

But where did you get tha quick dip stuff at ??

  • I think they have the quick dip kit at CVS :)

  • Is the quick dip acrylic powder the same as regular acrylic powder?

  • aaww, ur adorable! ur nails do look salon done. I'm with tamagosh, we don't need the monomer? and is the glue the same that we use to stick the tips on? Also, i stupidly bought clear tips off ebay and now i don't have enough money to buy some white tips so i don't have to paint them on:'(

  • can you message all the products you used and where you got them? also the price please!~ ima try this and send you a pic!

  • thanks now when my mom buys my kit i know how to do it!!!!!

  • so we dont need the monomer? and can u please tell me if its glue just like the one we use to stick the nail tip

  • u should put cuticle oil on before u push ur cuticles back. :)

  • aww ur so cute adn ur nails looks nice too:) I never knew it was that easy

  • great video! im amazed i didnt know it was possible to do it without the drill tools they use at the salon

  • I thought this was a very good video, keep them coming..

  • where'd you get that quick dip acrylic dipping powder ?

  • I think i saw some at CVS:)

  • isnt it hard to do ur dominant hand?

  • love it you did a really good job.

  • my younger sister will surely like this viedo

  • this is cool

  • its not that way!sorry!

  • what do you mean it's not that way? what are you talking about?

  • I think they turned out nine..Keep making videos..you're really good.

  • you suck at doing it.. and it did not come out nice at all, that was js retarded. lols, it does not come out close to that at all, and the sally hanson max nail growth on acrylic was f***ing retarded. GO STUDY THEM AT THE NAIL SALON AND COME BACK AND TRY AGAIN.

  • The dipping thing i think its a VERY BAD technique. the powder needs to go on the back part of ur nail not the top.

  • And using Sally hanson Max nail grower on acrylic is a waste. You put that shit on ur real nail. And is does work.

  • be nice and stop cursing!!!! you should be grateful she even made the video for us! If you don't have anything nice to say then don't say anything at all!!!

  • OH WOW I SAID shit BFD. That is a normal word. I wasn't vulgar in any way. I was just saying that its not worth putting it on a fake nail since it's meant for the real one.

  • wut duz that "powder" liquid stuff do? y cant u use just keep putting layers of clear coat so its easier? thats wut i saw in this other vid...

  • This is an awesome tutorial but one thing i just got my nails done, but is there like a store that i could go to, to buy nails and do them myself? If so please let me know..thnx

  • frm where can v get dese nails box???????/

  • well it turned out pretty nice, but i think gel would have been much easier and better.... and FYI to u guys posting all these negative comments, there are alot of different ways to do nails i hope you know, ive seen some nails done tottaly diffent, like they didnt even use acrylic or anything, they just filed it down, and they turned out nice as well.

  • I have a gel kit from sally hansen that i sometimes use but i wouldn't reccommend it cause the gel nails on;y last a couple days, unless i'm doing it wrong....i don't think i am.....hhhmmm......now i got myself thinking. LOL!!!

  • lol, yeah u probably are doing something wrong. but i heard sally hansen is a good product. :)

  • lol shes tellling us bye and have a great day at the beginning of the video haha lol

  • i wasteed my time!!!

    sleepy

  • don't be rude

  • the whole point of the video is her showing us how she does her nails using an at home nail kit. so trashing her makes no sense. you dont need to be professional to use the kit.

  • i agree with you!

  • should have went with gel. its better.

  • i have a gel kit and i don't use it much cause the gel starts to crack and chi' off after a day or so.

  • your welcome!!!! ;)

  • where did you get the kit ,like what store did you get it from ??? please help :(

  • I think you can find it at CVS

  • Oh god.....this is ALL wrong and actually bad for your nails. This is not the correct procedure at all for acrylic nails. Either get training and become a nail tech like me and everyone else commenting on this video..or go get them done by someone professional.

  • if you are a nail tech y are you wachting amature vids

  • LOL! i agree!

  • It is not wrong! you just want people to waste their money for nothing!

  • ugly!!

  • rude!!

  • i saw on start your natural nails they are nice just let them to grow, they will look nice, don't paste that shit,u even dont know how to cut it nice on end..not look good at all...

  • don't be rude! keep your comments to yourself if you don't have anything nice to say!

  • OMG! You don't know what you're doing! NO ONE TRY THIS AT HOME, YOU WILL DAMAGE YOU NATURAL NAILS!!!!!!!!!! Not to mention her nails look like she did them herself!!!!! If you want to do nails, go to school! Get certified, you are NOT doing ANYTHING right!!!!

  • Shut up!!! Her nails look great and you know it!

  • WHY would an amatuer be showing someone how to do this??? This is the exact way that damage is done to your natural nails and fungal infections start. If you can't afford to see a professional then use a hardener and cuticle oil to grow your own. This is in no way how to do nail's professionally or higeinically. They look terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • WHY are amateurs trying to show people how to do nails??? THIS is how people get fungal infections and cause permanent damage to their natural nail's. If you can't afford to see a profession, use a nail hardener and cuticle oil and grow your own nails instread of butchering them like this. Totally unprofessional looking and very unsanitary.

  • this whole video is wrong...i am a professional nail tech. ..its a very bad idea that u do them yourself go to a professional....you'll thank me later TRUST ME!!

  • nobody cares

  • Oh wow thats was great thank you so much that really helped alot i feel way more ready to do it now I had tried before but I made a huge mess but anyways thank you

  • You kno ways nasty, a securety gard at my school doesn't cut her acrilics!!! And she is ALWAYS tryin 2 break up a fight!! And they r the good ones 2 but of corse i'm absent or have detintion (only 2 times this year)!!!

  • how is this even relevant???

  • omg, none make like this acrylic nails

  • no its not that we dont like to see people doing it themselves because we are losing money, it makes more work for us and gives techs a bad name when we have to correct the problems that people have caused themselves. I am aware that may people cannot afford that but there is a correct safe procedure to follow. Doing nails is a hard and complicated procedure to do correctly.

  • Liar! you're just like all the other stupid nail techs that wants people to waste their money. If the product wasn't good and was causing nail fungus people would be suing the company and the product would be discontinued. DUH!!!!

  • Yes professionals are expensive but then we have spent thousands on our education and we know what we are doing. You dont. You want to try living here in the uk where a decent set of nails cost in excess of $100

  • Sorry but they do not look professional at all. You dont know the damage that you are doing to your own nails by filing the nail plate.

The cuticle and non living tissue should be removed properly with cuticle remover not just pushed back as any non living isse will case lifting. You should also use sanitiser.

Go see a professional dont try and do it yourself.

  • You know you sound extremely biased right? We all know that you don't like to see people doing them themselves because you're losing money. Some people can't afford to get 100$ nails, okay?

  • i agree. the only reason the nail techs are freaking out is cause they are losing money. I'm sick of going to the salon and paying for something that isn't done the way i want it. Mine always get screwed up by the nail tech then i have to go home and try to fix it. If i want them messed up i will do it myself for free.

  • exactly. Even when you tell them what you want they think otherwise & cause they think they know way more then you so they know whats best. -_-

  • tip; dont dip the nail on the powder get a little spoon and shake it cuz if u dip it the tip of the nail will get a little bump

  • you can always file the bump

  • thanx!!

  • Ahh i was at sallys the other day and they woulodnt let me buy accrylic casue i wasnt a pro !! :O

  • @xangelgirl10xx EBAY!!! LOL

  • yeah some places will only sell their products to nail techs, even some websites are like that too. you have to enter your nail license number. try ebay, that's where i get a lot of my things

  • How do you clean and sanitize everything? :)

  • I want to do this but the liquid smells a lot but you did a gray job still debating tho lol:)

  • i think u did a good job.

  • bideo genil

  • Oh Em Gee....No she dint just stick her finger in dat powder like that....I Guess....if it wrk 4 u..

  • i really love how u do them if u could do them i would let u

  • Sorry but you made it really unprofessional - please girls, pay a little bit more an let it make from a professional Nail Stylist!

And for you i hope you never get a nail fungus...

  • how do you prevent from getting a nail fungus?:)

  • i bro said you are hot

  • .. couldve just bouqht fake nails and just stukc them on :\

  • I love how you did this. You used your own methods and your nails came out great!!

  • Tragedy...

  • Where did you get your contacts ? :D

    and what were they?

  • you dont use a nail cliper to to cut the acrylic nails

  • cool tutorial

  • Noob

  • Noob

  • Wow, tht takes alot of time... i never realized tht before. The only time i get my nails done like that is for like a wedding or something, but the ladies at the salon do it with in 10 minutes.. People tell me natural nails are rare, thank God thts one less worry for me! But this turned our absolutely beautiful =) great job

  • hey i found a neww kinda quicker way by using that same brand/product

  • this is a good video...thank u for posting this, u really help me :)

  • this CAN'T be good for your nails!

  • Comment removed

  • Horrible video... she has none of the right tools. and all the wrong methods!

  • its her way so MYOB

  • obviously theres multiple ways to do nails hunn

  • OMG-that's grose! You're doing it wrong!!!

  • she has her own methods

  • oglądałam w kawałkach ale wykonywanie to katastrofa!!!

  • your so polite and beautiful. great video. we love you.

  • I get my acrylic nails done at a salon, and the lady uses this tiny little 'sander' like thing to file down my nails before she puts on the acrylic shes powers it by pressing something with her foot and it spins really fast! I love watching it :)

  • Thank you so much for this tutorial !

  • I personally like this tutorial, if you're gonna be a hater keep your comments to yourself!! As for people like xoCorinexo who publicly state that english is not there first language...learn how to read, and write in english properly before you make yourself look like an ass in front of millions of peeps!!!

  • yeah and you don't even know the difference between "there" and "their" ...so much for native speaker's skills...

  • and i kno their fake -.- but still..

  • omg rlly big nails :))... especially before u do that thing.. cutting them xD idk ( english not my first language sorry :P )

  • Sorry, i mean thick, not long. LOL !

  • OH PLEASE... It's like super long and scary. Are you going for party and the theme is zommbies make-up ?

  • excuse me, darling, but how thick your nails are after you put a ton of that powder on it? nail adhessive must be applied on the tip directly, not on the nail itself, and acrylycs must be applied with te monomer and brush. its not dificult and the result looks more natural. i do read, that there are a lots of different sets in the markets, but i would recomend to use a professional one. try, youll be realy pleased with the results. good luck x

  • @llinushka this is a different method of acrylic, not everything is liquid and powder, the dip method doesnt use monomer, and with this one is glue, so thats on her how she does her nails.
