I'd say it doesn't matter how fast or slow you move through the process, everything gets to the same place. Quantum physics tells us particles are everywhere but when you look they "snap" into place. That must be the same for us, we are at all times and in all spaces at once, but to observe us in this moment we snap into one time&place. That doesn't mean we can't be observed in other times and places. I'd say on the cosmic scale we ARE everywhere at anytime, and progress is our "ride".

Yeah when something triggers or awakens what already exists, what is always there and happening at a certain period of time. Sure is a 'snap' an awareness. It seems like its on schedule like Ian Ljungold says.
