  • HEY! In 1985 John Lennon was 5 years dead! How could you post this!

  • @TheDianabana Yes, and Hugh Beaumont died in 1982, yet we still watch "Leave it to Beaver" - What's your point?

  • John Lennon Rock !!

  • I can't believe that some one took his life anyway.

  • @2wolfcry Yea unbelievable,,,,,, what and amazing writer and performer.... he was so before his time..... we could sure use him now :)

  • I like the version from the 2nd show when he sings..... He's got hairy asshole. The evening show was so much better. I think ABC had some kind of rights to it from the Willowbrook days. Some of the songs from the 2nd show were on the 86 release.

  • walllllllllllrus gumboot

  • One of the Best Songs everytimes

  • Even though John Lennon died in 1980, the bottom of the screen says '85. The album "Live In New York City" was released after Lennon's death, even though it was performed in 1972.

  • You know it is funny,, I listened to his music growing up and didn't know anything other than his name and I loved his voice and then one day I asked my father if he had anything new out and he explained that he was dead and I just cried

  • John lives...

  • I love John, but is it me or did this performance suck?

  • @manni62 yeah maybe because it says this performance took place in '85...5 years after he died...

  • @manni62 its u

  • John lives ...

  • Guess someone took his lyrics one bit to seriously... :(

  • How this man lost his last chance with God.......what a pitty! We cannot say respect him same than we say respect anyone else: "He passed to a better life".

  • Why does this say 85? This concert took place in August of 1972 at Madison Square Garden as a benefit for the nightmare of a mental institution Willowbrook in upstate New York. How do I know all of this?? Because I was THERE! It was an awesome show...and Lennon did turn down Yoko's amp. They were awesome though. The crowd, I among them, loved them.

  • One of my favs. JOHN LENNON IS THE SHIT!

  • Yoko not plugged in.

  • lol wen he seys over you! he like sticks his tongue out and sey just for a change

  • It's so sad.and a bit scary that.. he is actually saying "shoot me" many times

  • When!!?!?!??! He's saying 'Shhhoo' for and as an effect. Conspiracy theory oh dear.

  • faul did? Who's faul?

  • wtf, rip paul mccartney?!?! he aint dead...

  • dude. can't believe you ain't up on game. paul mccartney is dead.

"paul is dead, man. miss him, miss him, miss him..." -john lennon (at the end of "i'm so tired")

  • god you are a fucking retard.... anyone who believes that should be exterminated.

  • lol, yoko's piano at 1:10

  • she's play a very active movement))

  • I tell you, Yoko killed John. I mean look at her playin that piano. She was the one reason the Beatles split.

  • ok, thank you

  • @latte93mug

This isnt the beatles this is John lennon, and he wrote it mostly by himself, with a little help from McCartney

  • lol he's got the elton john glasses going on

  • Always eerie to see him sing Shoot Me..
