He is praising the Lord Krishna - the supreme personality of Godhead. Singing and chanting the Lords name (Krishna and Ram) is one of way devotional service to Lord. You can see the various paintings of Lords Krishna and Ram in the video.

The singer is Pandit Bhimsen Joshi one of greatest Indian classical singer.

really miss those days where Pandaitjii used to give "Abaang" performances at places like Dharward, pune, Kundugol. I have gone to 2-3 of these concerts as 5-6 year old kid (I slept most of the time after 12:00 o clock). After 30-35 years, I still remember the energy and feeling of those concerts... truely amazing.
