The original set was my first Lego SW set (along with the original AT-ST).

Is it just me, or does anyone else prefer the aesthetic of the original run of sets? I like the original X-wing quite a bit more, for example.

£25 - yikes! That set retails for $25 in the States (~ £15) - which makes it a bit more 'reasonable' price - I guess it depends on your personal judgement of how you weigh the low piece count (163) vs. receiving 5 actual minifigs (of course NOT including that silly droid thing)

The two engines were different because in the film, pictures, and action figure vehicle, the engine cover was gone of that engine. This revealed the wires and engine which is what the grooves on the thing are. This helped show the obvious wear to Luke's sandspeeder, which was probably Uncle Owen's or something bought with his own money. ITs just like the first car you get when you learn how to drive, old, broken, but full of character!

I never played Force Unleashed 2, but I do agree that Star Wars isn't getting any good games. The Old Republic is just another MMO which doesn't offer that much and I have no idea if Battlefront 3 is ever going to be made. My favorite game right now is Empire at War.
