This theme is one of the few decent remixes, especially when I hear that rocking bass line. Unlike the other "remixes", this just shows a different twist on the characters' theme, a little more menacing, little darker, more mysterious, which suits Q as a character, therefore, I approve.
@JayD109 The percussion instruments were too damn heavy in every new remix song. You're not suppose to use heavy percussion for background musics. The punches, kicks, and body drops are suppose to supplement the bass spectrum.

@grayfire49 true, everything stands in relation and is judged that way. without the originals everyone probably thought the theme's were badass. it's just that there are really only 2 soundtracks in sf history that were undoubtly badass. classic street fighter 2 themes (and its variations, not remixes) and 3s themes. i also didn't like the cheap techno style they went for in sf4. and now these remixes are kind of the successors of the "let's make it a bad techno-style" habit. sad.

I think the reason why this theme was a flop was because it lost it's mysterious feeling. It sounds more fantasy-ish. I think it's because of the echo, like at 0:00 and 0:03.

My favorite Street Fighter theme of all time is now butchered thanks Capcom I remember trying to do the specific things in arcade mode just to fight Q for his theme song now I don't even want to hear this theme in the game. Thank the heavens you can go back to the original OST

I think the reason why this theme was a flop was because it lost it's mysterious feeling. It sounds more fantasy-ish. I think it's because of the echo, like at 0:00 and 0:03.
