Yes you can use MS Office 2010 and any other Windows Software on this tablet. It is Literally a Laptop computer with a touch screen !

You can use it very easily with your fingers as it is a multi-touch Capacitive screen, also you can use a Capacitive Touch pen if you want or need to.
