They are actors Blood Of Abraham hired them to lip-sync in there videos that's how some artist are doing it.

There's lots of it about, you just have to look hard for it. Go watch some videos by an artist called IMMORTAL TECHNIQUE, if you don't already know him. I recommend a track called 'The Cause of Death'.
