While we can crash a car and maybe walk away, a child's chance of walking out of an accident is always significantly lower.

@chad121777 There is no 2011 in the 10s with just bolt-ons. That EvoPerform Car is using nitrous. The Terminator Cobra weighs 3600lbs, the vert weighs about 3800lbs.. The 5.0 is a very impressive car, but the Terminator will always respond better to mods. Yes a 2011 5.0 would've pulled sales away from the GT500, but when it comes to modding the Shelby you realize why you paid more. Ask anybody who owns a Terminator or GT500 how easy it is to make power in those cars.

The 5.0L is the best thing to happen to mustangs since the 03 Cobra, but there's a reason SVTs don a Cobra badge.

@ls1eater Yes, look up the specs on the crank/rods/piston/etc strength (it will not last 50k mi but it will hold for 20k if not tracked every weekend), also, with some lightning of the car (remove rear seats, possibly IRS, and some of the carpets, n other things) it will beat a Z with 520rwhp...And all stock an o3 coba ran 11s, with a 100 shot of NOS and a ported blower it went 9s!

@chad121777 There is no 2011 in the 10s with just bolt-ons. That EvoPerform Car is using nitrous. The Terminator Cobra weighs 3600lbs, the vert weighs about 3800lbs.. The 5.0 is a very impressive car, but the Terminator will always respond better to mods. Yes a 2011 5.0 would've pulled sales away from the GT500, but when it comes to modding the Shelby you realize why you paid more. Ask anybody who owns a Terminator or GT500 how easy it is to make power in those cars.

When you get into modifying things change. Can you make 150+RWHP with about $1,500 (Nitrous Excluded) on a 11' GT? No. You can a Shelby. Have you not seen the 1,188HP Terminator on stock motor? The 5.0L is the best thing to happen to mustangs since the 03 Cobra, but there's a reason SVTs don a Cobra badge.

@ls1eater Yes, look up the specs on the crank/rods/piston/etc strength (it will not last 50k mi but it will hold for 20k if not tracked every weekend), also, with some lightning of the car (remove rear seats, possibly IRS, and some of the carpets, n other things) it will beat a Z with 520rwhp...And all stock an o3 coba ran 11s, with a 100 shot of NOS and a ported blower it went 9s!

@wignigeater lol an all stock o3/04 cobra will be not even break 11.5 with a 100 shot and thats coming from a previous owner of two of them....You are apparently either like 13 or have never owned one. It will take AT LEAST 550RWHO just to hang with a stock C6 Z.........Oh and the fastest EVER recorded stock 03/03 cobra was a 12.4X's@114........By Evan Smith
