Is it possible to scale the horsepower/torque figures? I would imagine that it isn't very well calibrated, especially for modified cars with custom sized MAF housings, etc.
@jlgroovetek Yes, the graphs and gauges can be set to 200, 300, 400 or 500bhp or ftlb. It can also be adapted for non standard mafs housings in the setup menu. Cheers Jim

@racediagnostics Thanks for the quick reply - so the horsepower/torque scaling constant can be custom scaled? That's great.
Also wondering if one were to custom wire this to the OBD port (ie. under the plastic panels to keep it discreet), does the unit prevent other OBD devices from communicating with the modules? ie. can I still use VCDS at the same time; or alternatively, can the device be turned off while the ignition in the car is on?
@jlgroovetek Yes, custome scaling is no problem and is set with a % figure comapring the old maf housing CSA vs the new one.
We recommend that a small in line switch be included on the k-line or CAN busses if the unit is hard wired in as two testers on the diagnostic bus would take them out of spec.
@racediagnostics No worries, cheers. Just one more question, what is the sample rate of the unit? I'm considering this to replace my current analog boost gauge, but the one thing good about the gauge at the moment is that it shows instantaneous boost without any delay when I'm boosting in 1st gear, whereas say a program like vag-com is very slow to respond and I might only get 2 data points in a 1st gear pull.
@jlgroovetek man I got to have one of these for my s3 8L do these come with a replacement custom fitting that fits in the drivers air vent? This is my next purchase 4 sure just perfect 4 me. If plugged into my s3 8l, which is mapped ect, how high will the guages read (bhp/torque/boost)? Thanks.
@racediagnostics Just for the sake of clarification, by all engines, one could interpret that a 2009 Jetta TDI is included? How much for the unit and where can it be purchased? Saludos!
YAY, now we all can have mobile dyno, lol gett outa here...

Sorry if I'm not making myself clear there.

@PBazBarrett I don't make these/sell them. I'd suggest you ask racediagnostics about it, hehe.
