  • Hey Jeff I was watching this video and you were talking about how when meat is cooked in the sauce it tastes better. Well I totally agree and I have a quick recipe for you. Its Italian sausage and spaghetti. Take some Italian sausage and give it a quick browning in a frying pan. Then take your spaghetti sauce and the Italian sausage and put it in a crock pot on low for 8 hours. OMG dude it is sooooo good. The sauce will taste amazing!

  • There are people who don;'t like cheese?!??!?! BLASPHAMY!

  • now drink it all in 1 :D

  • my mum made this it is soooooo good

  • so i dont get it jeff, do you save the extra sauce after cooking the meatballs in the sauce?

  • thanks for the reach around jeff

  • 16 dollars a pound?! GAD DAMN THATS EXPENSIVE CHEESE! i thought 8 dollars a pound was insane... but god did the end product look great... also lol'd at the tags, FUCK THE CHILDREN!

  • holy trinity that!

  • Ever add some fresh basil? If so put in in toward the end like the last of the parsley.

  • hey jeff I was wondering how you perserve your sauce

  • i'll give you a REACH AROUND!!!! HAHAHA

  • I was born in Naples, Italy and my biggest pet peeve is when people call sauce gravy.

  • Awesome Jeff! Keep the variety of quality videos coming our way.

  • Nice simple recipe, but I'd say your guesstimates were off on the cheese and wine. Looked liked a half cup of each at most.

  • I do about the same as you Jeff but I cook the meatballs almost all the way done in the oven on a drip rack so the grease is not accumulated on the side of the meat balls, and I like to make my meat balls with deer meat sometimes... That is some GOOD eatin!

  • jeff you need a moped!

  • No rosemary, fresh basil, or thyme?!!

  • You should try carving your own sauce spoon. It is a lot of fun. I did it once, it was hardly perfect, it couldn't be used as a decent spoon, but it looked pretty nice. With your nice collection of knives, and the fact you live around a lot of forest, what's to lose?

  • "the limits are endless" can i steal that saying from you?

  • @llib90630 I'm afraid not. He stole it from me and we are currently in the middle of a long legal battle over who owns the rights to that saying. He really shouldn't be using it while the legal proceedings are still ongoing.

  • Jeff this vid SUCKS! lol JK JK.... i just wanted to say i really enjoy all of your videos, and i like that there is variety to your channel, keep up the good work jeff!

  • WFT now you think you can cook, you don't know shit. LOL, I'm sorry, I just had to bust your balls after your last vid. Keep up the great vids and don't worry about what a few people say. I'm sure most of your subscribers love your vids like I do.

  • @mikeepeck ERR WTF, hehe can't type

  • Tuttorosso is deff the best! Your the best jeff

  • Like a boss! Way to get back on the horse Jeff, looks amazing and definitely a fun date night activity.

  • yeah buddy, enjoying some sauce that my mother made right now. Seems like your friend knows what she's doing. deliciousssss

  • Looks tastey, I think i'll try this but maybe add in a few mushrooms and a bell pepper or two

  • That's so not how I would do it but I'm gonna give it a go. I use the Italian holy trinity as a base myself, very finely minced onion celery and carrott. The secret ingredient is ketchup, for sweetness and tang.

  • Awesome one of my favorite youtuber's doing cooking vids!

  • Great to see this video i love tomato sauce and will try this version and see what it gives , i do make my own sauce , but for variation it's good to see someone else's recipes :)

Yes about the pepper , adding to much really isn't good ! even if you like black pepper it really sucks with tomato sauce ...

What my "secret" ingrediënt is and you should try ! when u have around 1liter of sauce add 1 whole tin of ansjovis to the boiling sauce and let it melt , it's instead of salt and is really good!

  • If you like diced tomato, you may want to buy cans of peeled and use a blender, based on how intensely you blend it you get different consistancy. If you don't mind further suggestions, add chopped shallot (or onion). Everything you add to the oil in the beginning is what creates different flavors in the gravy. If you like, I will message you my penne a la vodka recipe, its been in my family for 4 generations.

  • omg that looks good, thank god we just made sauce and meatballs, we usually freeze what we dont eat for later.

  • Jeff your a man of so many talents :)

  • use a wooden spoon jeff.

  • i subscribed to you for your knives and guns, not to make me hungry and drewl over your videos lol

  • Where is the fresh Basil.!

  • @barelyjonesin It seems as though there is basil in the crushed tomato. I just added it in cause there isn't any basil in the cans I had..

  • I dont like cheese!

  • Great recipe Jeff, Little diff than mine so i wanna give it a try.... keep the vids coming.

  • Great recipe, Jeff.. I'm gonna try it :) One tip though... you actually *can* pull saltiness out of some things, in case of overseasoning... cut a potato up into chunks and let it simmer in there for a while, then fish em out. It can pull salt out :)

  • @latag1993 I agree lol.

  • Dear CutleryLover,

Your amazing videos give my cat a kitty boner.

    sincerely,

    Mike

  • please.. no matter what you do with your youtube career, PLEASE dont give up these cooking videos!

  • Haha.. giving us a reach around!

  • @cutlerylover hey Jeff can you do a review of that Alaska half moon kind of blade in the background it interest me ! thanks

  • @devonst13 he has one.

  • @rang3rsunit i think

  • This time, Jeff didn't forget the gwavvvy!

  • Love your cooking vids man, relaxing to watch. I liked the booze vids as well, don't listen to the bull kids or haters are throwing out. Just know that the real people that matter enjoy what you do because you genuinely enjoy it and we can see that. Props brotha.

  • Glenmorangie, nice scotch. Toured the distillery a few years back...great experience!

  • You should add some coriander aswell jeff. Goes well with italian sauce

  • @DylanDaGnarlyVillain I was kidding, but you get my point.

  • ill be making my home made peperoni sauce this week!! looks good Jeff

  • Better stop the cooking vids jeff. Might encourage kids to cook and burn themselves! oh noes

  • thanks for replying back jeff. after i watched the whole video after you were done. the gravy looked kick ass and tasty.

  • you can get italian sauce in jars? and people buy that?

i dont think ive ever seen that hmm crazy me in the uk

  • wow feels like i clicked on the armoury channel

  • I'd like to see more cooking videos. They are my favorite.

  • lmao, Jeff with a reach around joke, you have to love that

  • Good idea making a vat of this stuff - better then bothering to make it individually each time

  • Jeff, long time subscriber, never commented. I love what you do. ive been around for a long time. I just want to say thanks. But i want you to make videos that make YOU happy. A video that makes you happy will be a good video!

  • and no spice ? come on i figured youd have a drop of hot sauce in there !??

  • PS i love my keurig ! how do you like yours ???

    what flavors you drinks ??

  • no underwear reviews please !

    more women please !

  • How about some underwear reviews? that'll really throw people off

  • I'm now totally hungry.

I like to add a touch of pepper flake, basil, and roasted red pepper.

Oh, and for another Islay Scotch to check out get some Laphroiag. It's like a campfire in a glass. Yum.

  • Good recipe, I personally use 100% diced tomatoes for sauces it feels more natural to me.

  • I like the bottle of Glenmorange single malt sitting on the counter. Hoist a few to learn about Italiano-Scottish fusion cooking.

  • Lactose intolerant people sure love cheese!!

  • Anyone else notice that Jeff is friends with loads of girls, but doesn't have a girlfriend? Something you want to tell us Jeff? ;D

  • Comment removed

  • You can only call it "gravy" when you put some type of meat into it. other than that its sauce.

  • Jeff i love these cooking videos, no idea why you seem to show everything right

  • Great video! I'll bet the house smelled awesome during the shoot. This is similar to my marinara sauce, only I saute sweet onions with the garlic during the first step. And yes, Locatelli cheese rules!

  • If I give you my address, will you send me some? :D

  • Glenmorangy single malt:)

  • i prefer creme sauce but... tomato arnt bad too =P

  • I like the vid alot. Going to try it some day an I like the tags more lol. Have you ever thought about becoming a cook?

  • @cutlerylover Thanks for the recipe Jeff, sure will try it out! You seem like a ver passionate cook, keep up the good work.

  • Hey Jeff, make video where you cook with hot sauce, some simple recipe with like tabasco maybe?

  • very nice video! it looks good, but it looks also very strange to me, i am italian i will try to send you a more italian recipe if you like! there are many differences! ;)

  • How about adding some red pepper flake? A little heat would be good!

  • hi jeff i love your videos but next time u make sause try white wine i think it maks it better

  • I guess the silent majority doesn't comment on these videos, we just enjoy them :) Keep up the cooking videos!

  • God I love your tags xD

  • eh mammmbo. mammmbooo itaaaaliaaano.

  • jeff your as cool as it gets you do it all love all your vids

  • Blib blib, blib blib. I like to make my pasta sauce in a big pot in my backyard on a wood fire. I can't stand running my stove for hours (I'm on bottled gas).

I have to go back and watch all your videos just so I can read the tags.

  • nice jeff, i love home made sauce, i have several containers in my freezer now,,had some last night..

  • Your tags made me smile. More baco videos, please.

  • Comment removed

  • I find this video highly offending, since kids could be inspired by it to cook sauce at a high temperature and eventually burn themselfes !

  • @BlauRFasan whaha

  • @BlauRFasan lmao thank god, the fleshlight comments were getting stale

  • @BlauRFasan are you kidding

  • you should put some onion.

  • lol...Nice tags...

  • Did you cover the pot while it was simmering on low heat?

  • @HachiZenki no I want the water to evaporate and the sauce to thicken

  • you will give us a reach around? do you know what that is? its when you jerk a guy off from behind lol

  • @naz2999 thats what the joke was, if your real nice Ill throw in a rusty trombone

  • @cutlerylover thanks but I'd rather have a creampie

  • @cutlerylover are telling telling us you crossed onto the other side jeff?

  • One of my Italian friends was telling me how spaghetti and meatballs isn't even Italian, weird huh?

  • @Lambzzy a lot of the "Italian" dishes in america are not Italian. If I cook spaghetti with meatballs here my friends and family will look at me with disgust. Plus here we cook the sauce right before having lunch or dinner, usually one can/jar for around 2-3 people.

Still don't understand the use of all those cans.

  • Easy on these saucy videos Jeff ;)

  • Do what you want, Jeff. I'll stick around no matter what.

  • Great video man! It looks really good I think I'll have to try this one out. I would like to see the video on the meatballs too

  • I <3 this video tag, and cutlerylover - in a bro-code non-homosexual way unless he likes it, in which case I still probably don't but it is still probably cool because it is what HE likes !

  • hey jeff could you do a video on how to make italian meat balls, grazie.

  • @craigbuchan dam should hav watched the full video first lol

  • The tag for this video is highly disturbing

  • @mrfurball yes they sure are

  • makes me want to go on another homemade lasagna binge. thanks...

  • thumbs up on the tags!

  • @TheForgottenMarioBro If you were a subscriber you would understand that the goal of my comment was to be supportive of his pipe and liquor videos and that he shouldn't let people push there personal beliefs on him. It's called "sarcasm"google it.

  • More guns, knives, tobacco, whiskey, women and cooking.

  • more cooking!

  • Can I come eat dinner with u? Lol

  • That sauce looks awesome! More cooking videos jeff!!!!!

  • i'm surprised your not adding some chilli lol

  • @MrStogieMonster1988 I know, but I cant make everything spicy, lol

  • Wait wait wait wait wait wait wait! Who the heck cooks the meatballs and sauce seperately?! I mean.... what?! Why would you do that?... Anyway, glad to know you're doing sauce that way, and that you figured out what to do with the channel.

  • @luisytacc italians.. thenthey mix them afterwards and cook for longer to soften the meatballs

  • Well done man...going to go back and write it down

  • You should salt and pepper at the end.

  • @BOB10011001 to taste I just didnt mention it

  • @cutlerylover Its possiable that cooking can realease salt from some ingredentrs though and make it over salty.

  • looks good. Laura Vitale makes some great Italian food on her channel. I copy her recipes from time to time

  • OM NOM NOM NOM

  • Hell yeah Jeff do what you want its your channel!

  • Don't show wine someone might cry

  • Do a video on babies

  • I liked for the reach-around. xD

  • @Poque all my dishes finish with a happy ending...some prefer a sprig of parsley but thats too cliche

  • Lol.... 12 at midnight or 12 at afternoon?

  • Cutlerylover is awesome!

  • Interesting that you added cheese to the sauce during cooking instead of when plating up.

  • @jinkjack adds some flavor but melds all together I usualy put a bit on top when plated as well but not all the time

  • Hey Jeff long time watcher first time responder, just need to respond to the pipe and alcohol comments. My friend the comments only reflect the way they do because you have the talent to reach a wide range of age and taste. Your videos are educational, entertaining and insightful. Not everyone can reach such a wide range of ages as you do. Had to chime in.

  • dude. that's some watery looking sauce!

  • @uutooyu came out prefect for me

  • de-fing-licous.

  • I cant belive you are cooking! That offends me. You should not make cooking videos anymore. Seriously man if you stopped making videos every time someone was offended. You would have no channel. Sorry just my $0.02

  • @remus5 Can't tell if trolling or just stupid.

  • now if i wanted spicy sauce could i put in some of your habenero garlic hotsauce in instead of garlic? im going to try it!

  • I like sauce my balls. or my meat balls that is... If I have to eat balls I want sauce on them!

  • oh my this show really has everything :D

    happy to be a subscriber!

  • it's a lot more work but pretty easy for just a small batch of sauce (like one meal's worth) to use fresh tomatoes and the flavor is amazing! You have to get the roma tomatoes though, regular ones are no good.

  • Michael Jackson, a priest and a load of children were on a plane which was about to crash. The problem was there was only two life jackets. The priest grabbed the life jackets and chucked one to Michael. Michael caught it and said "what about the kids?" The priest replied "Fuck the kids!" To which Michael responded "Do we have time?"

  • I'm a little disappointed on the tags...I guess you don't do well under pressure Jeff.

  • @SoupOrCleann because he can do what he wants and has the support of his subscribers? He is an adult, he's not on here to please you, he wants to please the majority. Now, im 16, but even i can understand that i need to make my own choices, watching him talk about a pipe doesn't turn me into a drug addict. I think that alot of other kids think the same way. So don't be mad at him for wanting to be himself on camera, and please don't think i'm trying to be a jerk, im just expressing an opinion.

  • @SoupOrCleann why would you say that? everyone was quiet about the videos and the "kids" had the majority of the comments telling me I wasnt doing a good job with my videos then I pretty much say oops sorry, and then everyone gets on my ass about bowing down to the kids, soo, fuck the kids right, thats what everyone sais, how do you feel

  • We have those Pepper/salt shakers and that "Alaska" blade... lol.. so weird to see them. The shakers may be common but I havent seen that blade anywhere else around here.

  • Man, this looks so good. I'm going to have to try this. I love Italian food. Unfortunately I'm down south and there's not many Italians down here.

  • That bottle would make a cool bong. :p 420 ftw.

  • Fuck the kids lol

  • reach around.

  • Looks great Jeff. Damn it! Now you've got me craving a meatball sub.Yum!:)

  • Jeff just so you know i subbed to you for you and am interested in all of your content.

  • @oreoash123 Thank you

  • Do a review on moonstruck chocolate

  • Good choice on the tomato's Jeff. San Marzano's are the greatest sauce making tomato!

  • Is that clock at 12:08 an AM time or a PM time?

  • jeff you said no more alcohol in your vids? lol

  • @BananaBoat629 this was just old grapes...haha jk

  • 12:45 (Bull Sh*t) hahaha jk great video- Very similar to the gravy I make!! Nice Job!

  • Jeff, there's kids watching, how dare you make a vid about food! It can kill you! JK man, keep making what you want, I like almost everything you do.

  • Jeff, these vids about things and stuff are stupid as hell. if you post a video about some
