I hadn't thought about doing that. That's a pretty good adaptation. I have an olympic barbell for my bench (instead of the standard size), so I could probably put gallon water jugs inside some plastic WalMart grocery bags. I'll have to put them on the inside of the weight collars so they don't slide off, but it'd be worth a try. Thanks guys!
@skippypodar no problem man its really just a basement not a real gym but i altercte it as a real one my drea, is too one day open my own and i thought of it you can take nylom rope tie lke 3 gallon jugs on each side and make like a skeleta; musle work out out of it its tough to control lol thats kind of stuff i think of its a good idea in my opinion
your right you dont necessarily need weight. you can make your own gym by using stuff that you got at home nut still, thats a great idea
