Confirmed by Ulrich on Facebook that this is a track from his upcoming album. Release date is Spring 2012.

@winterlightmusic I don't know. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely adore this track, but it kind of sounds like it would be a step back evolutionarily from Goodbye. Maybe a b-side to A Strangely Isolated Place or something.

@greycell Ulrich said that, for this album, he wanted to move away from layering hundreds of synth tracks and instead use more direct synth sounds to "celebrate the synthesizer as a musical instrument in its own right". Might seem like an evolutionary step back, but I'd call it a step forward.

@greycell but honestly I see where your coming from, but I always thought Goodbye was a bit of a branch off, collaborative experiment for Schnauss going through ruff times. He claims that he is happy to be back with more pure synthy stuff, I think it's where he was going before he got de-railed :).
