I am surprised at the way some americans are treating red-lights. It's as if they don't care what happens. I'm curious at the penalty one receives for crossing a red-light in U.S.

@brav0wing I agree. I'm from the UK and I'm not saying people don't jump red lights but these seem particularly insane. Why is there such a culture in the US? The injury toll is horrendous.
