I think ballet is hella fucked up. And those little miss beauty pageant things you have in America. Definitely fucked up.
I think this form of storytelling really is cool even while you don't understand the language at all. It does tell you something about the rich and different culture Japan has.
And yes, I totally agree that the beauty pageant things in America is one of the most fucked up things there is :)
