@FBfan47721 same piece of music played by Jelly Roll Morton before the final piece by the protagonist. Not sure if it is this exact recording but the piece isn't played completely so its a good bet that its not.
Exemplary for Trick: in addition to her famous left hand: great feeling for rhythm and emphasizing at the right places; and above all: full devotion to the composer. Who will not get happy when listening to her !
@PapaTonino I'm not knowledgeable enough to compare the two; but I think it's pretty remarkable if you consider her nearly as good as Hyman -- considering he's been playing jazz piano more than twice as long as she has been alive!
Old Jelly Roll must be turning in his grave to hear this magnificent performance from a Dame!Grossartig;glaube habe nie was besseres gehoert.Meine Hochachtung vor dieser Ausfuehrung!
You're a liar. Stephanie Trick played in the Alte Kirche Boswil in 2010. This was the place where she started her career.

Do you have any video of the late Ray Bryant in the Alte Kirche? That would be great!

Amazing and difficult piece to play. Terrific performance---
I still like Dick Hymen's performance just a bit better. They're both super players!!
