This is the only level I can think of that the sidestep trick of aiming and pressing the left or right C buttons is actually useful, especially for the shootouts behind the crates.

I tried this the other day. I have done it on 5:10, after several tries. Bullshit about having to kill Xenia, though. At the time, I did not know killing her was possible. I just went down at four seconds and killed the three guards there, then went to the end of the train. Had not killed any enemies with the watch, either. 5:10 with a lucky run. One of the most interesting cheats to unlock.

@andman0902 You can only get the RC-P90 at agent. If you shoot the box in secret agent, you get a DD44 Dostovei and if you shoot the box at 00 agent you get nothing.

Somebody help me out with this. Natalya always waits till there's 3 fucking seconds to crack the password when I try this and she always gets blown up. What am I doing wrong? Do I have to be quicker with my watch laser on the floor? I just tried it and she said "he's in cuba" with like 30 seconds left but still waited forever to crack the password.

@KennethKaniffFromCT kill xenia to get more time but you should be able to escape the explosion without doing that. just jump through the hole when there is like 3 or 4 seconds left and you should make it as long as natalya doesn't bitch out on you and get herself killed lol. ive noticed she sometimes has a death wish. I havent played this game in years and it was a lot harder for me this time around to beat every level on 00 agent. I used to be a lot better at this game.

also you can get faster time if you dont shoot xenia. you have about 4 seconds to get out. if you time the jump just right. you run away to the wall and back from the finish. she lives threw the explosion. you can do that run in like 2:15 or some thing.

I find this to be one of the hardest levels so far for the game on 00-Agent. I did not realize in order to get the password and thus win the mission is to hit both guys holding the girl hostage. For such a straight forward map I find that my enemies like to blow up my cover and shoot me the moment I open the door and before I can back away. And those SF do a lot of damage and I find the doors close automatically right when I line up my shots. And the draw distance is horrible for just a train.

Some videos on youtube have people using emulators with a mouse and keyboard controls, and it is much much easy than using the n64 controller. N64 controller is probably the hardest controller to use for a fps.

A fun little tidbid. The objectives "locate Janus base" and "crack Boris's password" are switched around. In the movie, Natilia cracked the password first before finding the base location, which logically makes more sense. What's the point in cracking a password if you already got the information you need?

I seem to recall developing a technique of switching to the watch laser when I reached the passenger carriages and walking up and down the corridors shooting it off after about the 8,000th attempt for this cheat. Still was a pain in the arse to get though.

@SvenskFilm2 You have to shoot Xenia after killing Ourumov, and then you'll have more time after Natalya finishes with the computer. Notice at 3:22 Xenia says "Wait for me Alec, I'm hit!" Try to line up both Xenia and Ourumov in your sight and then unload.

FPS was alot better then. Why do modern FPS games let you REGENERATE HEALTH BY HIDING IN A CORNER? It's stupid, once you get shot, that health is gone forever. Also, you start at the beginning if you mess up, todays games have checkpoints just to make it easier... I thought we had 'difficulty' for a reason. Legendary in Halo should turn off checkpoints, same as Veteran in COD.

@JSHADOWM While that is true, that door closes fairly quickly. If you dump lead in her general direction with the ZMGs you're much more likely to score a hit. As for hitting Natalya, move to the right when you kill Ourumov. You won't hit her unless you go out of your way to hit her.

@wutbichipwn My own trick is ho in, strafe left by the minitable, and a`im the mp5 in ourimov's head. your depth perception from there is such that xenia's head is in the inaccuracy wield of the gun so a mall burst always hits both and with a good enough luck you can even hit travelyan's scull fromn there and ruin the continuity completely as all 3 bad guys die there. but however work for everyone!

You have to sidestep to the right and kill Ourumov as soon as you enter the room, but make sure Xenia is in your line of sight too because you need to hit her. She says "wait for me" that means that you will have enough time to hack the computer but stay close to Natalya and dont start cracking the floor until she starts clicking the computer!

Yeah, but it's only there on the Agent difficulty. On Secret Agent there's a DD44, and on 00 Agent there's nothing. :-(
