i think nike coms are cool yeah, but i can't support them when it comes to buying there products because of the darker side rarely shown to us, which is quit depressing really, coz while they spend in excess of a million doller's or more for an advert like this they have things like child labour, which for obvious reasons are not good and certainly not cool!!

Girls are not able to equal guys in many physicals aspects things just because they are built differently, just as guys can't equal what they do better

It reminds me when I ran the Amica Hald Marathon in Newport, RI, where the weather was crazy!!!! Cold, windy, hard rain...was really bad.

So instead of whining about it, I had fun with it. Some runners started splashing in the water..spraying each other and some of us even got a PR :)

Quads. Dude, your entire front upper thigh is made of quads. Hamstrings is just a thin muscle behind your leg. Hamstrings are more painful though when injured because they're nearer your sciatic nerve. Quads don't get injured much. :) Hope this helps.

I do this sort of thing whenever it rains at night.........................­..............................­...........but the only clothing that I get wet is my shoes, because I wait until it's dark enough outside to not need to wear anything else.

One night I was standing along the side of a county road that always has a small flood whenever there's a heavy rain and just stood there completely naked getting poured on and splashed by passing cars while I was standing in someone's side yard.
