In Iraq we would get a detainee with our evidence and then send them to an Iraqi court. If found guilty and believed to be a high value target then they go to Guitmo. The U.S. Constitution does not apply to our enemies only citizens. They will make a circus out of their NYC trials.

The fact of the matter is that the situation was a harbinger of what happened in the 80's and the situation was as bad if not worse. Hussein was harbering terrorists and protecting them within his borders and it was widely believed that he had once again attained WMD's. not very far fetched considering his past record. And Gore had a presidency that took action and he somehow finds a way to contradict his previous argument and bitch.

I consider myself liberal in my views concerning religion and gay rights, but I have been an NRA member for 13 years, and I deplore the way welfare is abused. So go preach about those arguments somewhere else. I have a friend who considers himself hard-core right wing republican, but he wants to legalize cocaine and prostitution.
