  • wow your jacked! nice video

  • HARRY POTTER ON MAGIC STEROIDS!!!

  • This are the famous "Dumbbell Curl & Press"? Its a real question btw, I know it sounds sarcastic but its a real question

  • I see a chicken

  • I'm stealing this one!

  • your right shoulder is a little lower

  • isnt it bad for your back if you stand up and do bicep curls?

  • @Wtfbbqcream6t9 Its only bad for you if you do it with bad form. If you swing your upper body or if you arch your back to much when trying to lift the weight up you are using bad form and might hurt your back. A lot of guys (if not most guys actually!) use bad form when curling, so a lot of time yes, curling standing up is bad for your back. But if you keep your elbows down and your torso motionless there's no danger. Hope that helped :)

  • perfect arms.. respect

  • I agree. But look at his legs. There puny. If ur gonna workout make sure you also work ur legs.

  • @paintswimmer yep should keep ur proportions right.. my legs are jacked up right now actually my legs and my ass are sore from squatting lol

  • yeah i sent off for a body building course and still waiting for the muscles to arrive

  • Nice work dude forget about the skinny little haters talkin like they know.

  • Magnificent video :) It helps me a lot and I get valuable information:) Hey dont forget to watch my videos ^L^

  • what weights are you using? 50 lbs per dumbell?

  • Ok, so the guy doesn't have good legs...but he does have good arms, so why don't you take his advice and use it for improving your upper body?

You kids would rather sit on youtube and bitch about his legs, shut up, get in the gym and get your arms as good as this guy's.

  • 100% agree, you idiots should be thankful that there are others who take time to show stuff they found out and not blame him for not having muscles on his leggs -.- i guess they dont have any on their own ;)

  • show me a real bodybuilder

  • how about you let the mother fucker build the part of his body he wants, im sure if he physically confronted you, your gay little cheetah legs and bird chest would fly off into the other direction

  • ok you amateur bowflex geek. real body builders know if your biceps are bigger than your calves you're a bitch. actlikeyaknow herb.

  • why? is that even a fact? produces more growth hormone, makes you bigger?

  • I gave this comment a thumbs up for it's sheer creative absurdity.

  • @jmarko313 hahahaha this has to be one of the best comments I have read for all the skinny little haters....lol.

  • but yeah all i do is arm workouts and speed training, i guarantee i would knock you out in a flash.

  • why dont you train your legs with the same intensity. your biceps are almost bigger than your calves=poser.

  • where are the legs guy...

  • no disrespect, just wondering why you hold your breath on the up movement of the press? i always thought you should be exhaling at that point.

  • Angel, you are correct. Sometimes when you go heavy, holding your breath (with a slight slow exhale) tightens up your chest & core to squeeze out a few more reps. Old habits die hard and I definitely do not recommend holding your breath.

  • yea yr right when i thought i couldnt do anymore i started to breath more and got in bout 4 more reps in bench

  • @proathletebody you hold your breath down and up then you exhale if you breaht anytime throught the movement you lose power.

  • damn i thought i came up with this movement didn't know it already existed i love this exercise m strength has majorly increased since i started doing it

  • Nice video! really gud!

BTW if i want strenght, do i have to do 4-6 reps with the heaviest weight i can take? or am i wrong? i want to build up strenght and mass can i do it both at once or only once at a tym? THX IN ADVANCE FOR UR ANSWER

  • Hi Old Guy,

Good video, I like it a lot, and thanks for showing me this new exercise I used it and like it a lot, its quite hard really.

    Keep going Old guy, cheers

  • hey omg im 14 years old and i was wounder if you mi age can you gain arm muscle and all the other- been trying to break dance

  • yea u can im 14 ive been lifting for bout a year now and your arms wil gain muscle but wont grow huge tho until you finish pubity

  • As a personal trainer and an avid weightlifter, I agree with compound training for quicker gains and strentgh, but it is a good idea to switch up your routine and do isolation exercises to: #1 keep your body from getting to use to a routine and #2 giving your body a break (you consume a lot of energy doing muliticompound movements), while still getting a work out in.

  • do u build more muscle and strength workoing out more than 1 body part at a time like your doing or just do biceps and shoulders sepreatly

  • You build more muscle & strength in less total training time by working multiple muscle groups at once (called compound movements). I don't isolate body parts and work them individually anymore. I used to in the past. You waste time and precious biological resources like testosterone and growth hormone. The only time I might isolate is for polishing up for a physique contest. For the most part leave individual body part training to the hard core bodybuilders and juice heads.

  • so your saying i should do biceps with triceps and shoulders with legs etc?

  • Excellent advice ProAthleteBody.

  • thats a great point about testosterone with some exercises. but i hear some isolation exercises are very good, not just for toning, but mass. i train my forarms like a madman and they're 16 inches. if i do really heavy deadlifts will that add mass to my forearms, for i am competing in armwrestling contest soon. thanks

  • @proathletebody i am new to "working out" but that seems like a very educated retort

  • thanks that helped, but 1 question i am 14 and if i do this will it stun my growth?

  • No, you will not stunt your growth. Just be sure you don't over train each week, get ample rest and nutrition and you'll be fine. When I was a wrestler in junior high school, we trained a lot harder than I do now as a natural bodybuilder.

  • Your spelling sucks, you have horrible manners, and 'dude'. Act like a 'fkn' grown-up.

  • Thanks dalsgaard12, I usually ignore these types of people but I appreciate your smack down.

    -Bob

  • No problem Bob. Funny how the rudest of critics are always the anonymous ones.

  • so?

  • Thank you very much for sharing your discoveries... I would really like to see more but with like a 75% of your maximum, instead of you doing these heavy loads, I really believe it will increase the educational quality of your delivers. Again thank you, and continue the good work!

  • Thanks Yardbird, I value and appreciate your feedback.

  • mmm very nice i like this vid im gonna try this lol thanks dude for tips il tell u how i go in about a month 5-5
