It's funny how she thinks butter is bad our ancestors have been eating it for hundreds of years and our bodies can use this fat to burn fat because our bodies have adapted to it. But man-made margarine is actually bad because it doesn't exist in nature and is man made with chemicals plus they just aren't the same. If you want butter that's healthy then get organic salt free grass fed butter. It's richer and healthier than margarine. My source: reading lots of nutritional books and experiment.

i swear the best way to combat depression is to sleep less, cause then u dont care and u sleep early and wake up early and just forget nonsense in the world and u start to think about shit when ur about to sleep or just woken up ! its proven by my experiences
If I closed my eyes and just listen it was like being in an english class with a listening exam to fill in. I know it's got nothing to do with the video but I am quite surprised
keeping ur blood sugar high through out the day puts u at a higher risk for becoming insulin resistant and becoming type 2 diabetic!
also, if u get enough sleep (at least 6 hours a nite) and may be a nap in the afternoon, u won't have much sugar craving. u get sugary/carb cravings when ur brain is tired. putting more sugar in ur body isn't gonna help ur brain. u need to SLEEP! anyone who's been sleep deprived knows that i'm talkin about.
@devlishanjel13 so true, i nearly die when i don't sleep so i just munch on sugar and it lasts me for a couple of hours, problem is, afterwards, i grow slower and sl..ow..er..and s...l...o...w....e..r and my limbs ache and EURGH! i am going to shower and go to bed! XD
Salad is the best sugar of all I think. But if I am going to eat sweets, even one, I will gain tons of weight.Honesly, I can gain weight form simply nothing. I eat only energy bars once a day. An energy snack once a day. And I walk one hour a day. I also drink hot chocolate from skim milk (light milk) and powder. No sugar. But I will still not lose many pounds.
