I have personally witnessed incidents in another county where they beat the crap out of a guy who was defenseless and tied up. No other cop on the scene made any attempt to stop this cop from beating him. When this was reported to the sheriff's department they cursed at me and hung up.
I have been on calls with the cops before and I have noticed that there is an eagerness for violence. It's like they want it, they look for it, they...... love it, I can't describe it any other way. If the warrant was valid, and the vehicle registration is in your name, when your license plate is ran through the system, it will show that the vehicle belongs to a wanted person. The fact that the car returns to a wanted person is ample P.C. (probable cause) to conduct a traffic stop in an attempt to serve the warrant. A little compliance would have gone a long way.

I have been on calls with the cops before and I have noticed that there is an eagerness for violence. It's like they want it, they look for it, they...... love it, I can't describe it any other way. I personally prevented them from beating the crap out of a guy several years ago but it was clear to me they wanted to, they had their night sticks drawn and were putting their black gloves on. first...dont reach towards your pocket when you are around cops. second, the officers finger was indexed on the taser the whole time after the first deployment. Third, why does the video start with the officers out of the car and at your door. fourth, it would help if we had your total criminal history, might explain the officer gaurded demeanor as the video started. lastly, carry a valid insurance card in you vehicle and wallet..that would have saved you an insurance ticket.

I don't know you at all but can speak on behalf of Corey, both in terms of his history and from what I see on this video. I have been pulled over by the police before, and have never experienced being tased. My guess is that my demeanor in dealing with the police was somewhat different than you presented to them.

If the warrant was valid, and the vehicle registration is in your name, when your license plate is ran through the system, it will show that the vehicle belongs to a wanted person. The fact that the car returns to a wanted person is ample P.C. (probable cause) to conduct a traffic stop in an attempt to serve the warrant. A little compliance would have gone a long way.

Ok, some departments have a policy of training a gun on someone they're arresting, but beyond that, this is way over the top.
I've had some training myself, and one thing that is stressed is using EQUAL AND OPPOSITE FORCE ONLY.
In your case, you got out of your car, and were peaceful. Equal and opposite force is to simply tell you what they're doing, and go about doing that.

Dude, this is horrific. Sounds like you're on the right track, but DEFINITELY hire a good attorney, contact more media, the FBI (certainly!), etc. This is going to be a hard road, but pursue it, These guys ARE doing this to others, and will continue to, unless you take their badges.

Most definitely. I have to get a new lawyer because the prior also does public pretender work now so she wont go any further with the case. She dont want to piss her friends off. I now have to find a somewhat high profile lawyer to handle the rest from here on out.

Yeah I was very confused as to why they were pulling me over especially since they didnt want to tell me why til after the fact. Yeah Officer Rezac and Huff are straight punks and I hope they see this again for themselves because I am coming for them and I mean that in a monetary means!

Looks like the whole time through the encounter you were formulating some bullshit story about police brutality, when in reality you were most likely an ignorant cunt to the cops doing their job.
Anyone with a head on their shoulders wouldn't have sympathy for you. Most people obey what police tell them to do, and avoid confrontation.
Good luck convincing a judge that police wrongfully signaled you out, and kicked your ass on a whim.

While you could be correct I caution against blindly obeying the police in all situations. They can be wrong and often times need to be questioned and reprimanded for misconduct.

from the way it looks on the video (with limited sound). it appears that you were confused about the whole situation in the beginning. AND that you in NO WAY showed any kind of threat to the "officers". Note in the beginning of the video that the one officer was pacing with his fingers grasping in and out.... he was looking for a fight
