This is not an insult or mockery to the deaf, if anything, it's a mockery of the songs chosen and mimed. It makes fun of the imagery used in the song, and occasionally uses phoenetic similarities as an aid in doing so.

people have CALLED it "deaf karaoke" but it was not actually intended for a deaf audience, and in fact, the only aspect of this which can be interpreted as VAGUELY "deaf" is the fact that the person doing the mime is not actually singing along.
