Those are very kind words indeed. Thank YOU. Your comment is "spot on", you nailed it. I would fish with you any day. You can tell a kindred spirit just by the way they speak. Or write in this case. Keep up the great positive flow brother. I am most impressed there are still nice people out there! You definitely get it!
awesome video! don't you just love that feeling of landing something that big and you simply can't take off your smile, that's the feeling that makes fishing so addictive!
thank you for the positive comment. I really appreciate that. These fish are very special and must be treated accordingly. I live in Bonita Springs by the way! Keep up the good work on the snook bud! Trap
@supnum1g Ive caught a few 40inches in the back waters here in florida when here spawning, pregnant females... Try catching a king salmon up in alaska if you want a good fight, those fish swim up 5,000miles every year ive had a 70lber on my line for over an hour trying to land i
I am not very handy with a spinning rod, but I can tell you that with one of those spin rods you would crush them!!! I use one periodically for searching water and they are real time saver and sling under the mangroves like a piece of cake!!
I typically use Rio's Outbound Tropical. With such a heavy weighted forward head, you can drive big flies under the mangroves much easier. They are not a stealth line, like one would use for permit or bonefish. Go get'em!!
i have read an article about giant snook on a fly in the yucatan i think it was the drake magazine. man what snook indeed! these snook make my biggest a fingerling! i wish i was there!
