Most of the teachers teaching English are not happy with admission of foreign teachers into their parade. Why? Local English teachers are not up to English teaching standard and they may take their position. I knew an English Panel not happy with his follower because the Panel teacher is CU and his follower is HKU. I worked from 1980 to 1987 in a Govt. run secondary school before my transfer to other department
