  • Thank you for sharing . It takes courage and courage heals . It also takes courage to remove people like bishop Lynn, Mahoney ,Vlazny who defiantly protect pedophile priests. This silent cancer must be stopped . Bless you .

  • I'm probably one of those odd exceptions that proves the rule.

Well I feel no fear or shame to talk about it... No shame to admit I was used, and no fear of what people might think of me!

But I know I do have some bad results of the... Low trust in people (specialy autority) Low social hability, eccentricity, early sexual interest resulting in high interest of the subject when old, (I study Psychology to know more about sex XD).. But in the end, i'm a nie guy ^^ A child abused nice guy ^^

  • I was abused. I am the joker, the scapegoat and the alchoholic. Nobody believes me and I get laughed at the three times I've spoke about it because I am a man.

Sometime's it's just better to not say anything.

  • It blows me away that people still don't hear you. Not only don't listen, but riticule you too. I guess the saying "Hurt people hurt peoiple" really says it all for those kinds of folks. They would rather target you than deal with their own pain and discomfort of relating to you. I hope you keep speaking out. There are people listening. I am. Don't let them take your voice. Peace.

  • @4windedLARK I was in a similar situation when I was about 5. And when i came out and told my family, they told me it was a lie, and if it did happen, it was just a dream. Isn't that something. God will always be there with you and I am listening. If you ever need someone to confide in God is there and so am I!

  • Speaking out helps us to heal. I have spoken to immediate family and therapists but not on a larger scale until now. For now I keep my identity here anonymous until I can be safe and strong enough to reveal my full and true identity. I am working in the book "Courage to Heal Workbook" with my therapist. Thanks again for your work.

  • I completely understand the anon. Protect yourself by any means you need my friend. That doesn't make your speaking out any less couragious. I wish you healing, strength and growth. Thats a great book. Peace.

  • @makezmuzic Me too!

  • Thank you for this important clip. All that you say resonates within me. All across the globe we have much work to do to end child sexual abuse and the silence around it.

  • You are so very welcome. And so very right. If we don't talk, we don't heal.

  • PS: I will use the audio in my music. As the intro I think.

  • Wow! I'm honored. Please let me hear how it turns out.

  • I'm very glad to see an informative video about child sexual abuse. Only 711 people watched this video and nobody responded which I think is a shame.

I'd like to use excerpts from the audio of this video. Would you mind if I do so?

  • Absolutely. I think people don't know what to say. It's such a personal issue. I only hope it inspires people to get help so they do not repeat histroy. Thanks for commenting. Peace
