There's a lot going on in this song. Not just the Beach Boys thing. It doesn't get enough credit. There's the Beach Boys parody/tribute in the chorus, the title obviously plays on the Chuck Berry title "Back in the USA." "Georgia On My Mind" is a song Ray Charles popularized. Plus, the the Parliament actually accused this song of being anti-British because they had a Cold War campaign called "I'm Backin' Britian" and some said that Paul meant "I'm Backin' the USSR"

Actually, dancing fingers are my ideal style of playing. Once they start to dance, I just let them loose and they play music for me with least effort.
