I don't know if I'm the only one that enjoys it, but each time I hear Billy playing the Appalachian Harp, it always seems to have a peaceful, warm and relaxing sound, especially in the piece of music he plays @ 1:40 - 2:00

It would be awesome if someone could upload some of Billy's folk & instrumental music for people to enjoy as well as his comedy :)

That'd be awesome, and thank you for correcting me on the name of the song because I wasn't sure of the name of tha piece of music, but I'm not surprised that it's got Waltz in the title because it's played with a waltz rhythm.

The thing I like about Billy Connolly is that he's a top class entertainer, not just his stand up comedy and acting, but also his music on the banjo and autoharp.

@thebillitv...The theme music to this series is called "Banjoland". The incidental music at the beginning when Billy is talking is called "The Islands Theme". You can buy the soundtrack to this series on CD although I think its quite a rare find. I bought it as an Australian import several years ago. Its called "Billy Connolly Musical Tour of Scotland" (ASIN: B000026OEB).

@thebillitv There is a video here on youtube with that tune, and it is called "Billy Connolly - Banjoland" as a title... so I think the tune is called "Banjoland"...
