I have them naturally, but i also know some technics. + You can also search on YouTube for "Stephen LaBerge", "Lucid Dreams", "Stephen LaBerge Lucid Dreams" etc. You will eventually find the things that will help you having the lucid dream. If you want some tehnics or answers for more questions just send me a message :)

From there on it's just like real life, you do what you want in the dream.
