Regarding the perfect rotation, Apple has used steady jigs for every ad. Essentially the iPad/iPhone/iETC is bolted to a pole that it can spin on. Hell the first iPhone ads didn't even have a real hand, it was a plastic finger.

if u film something at a faster speed whenu play it in a normal tape player it will be slower because it takes more frames per second to show a single action
