I think Illuminati has some influence over this game (look at rage of demon bga) and in technika 3 all the new notes are pyramids. If you're a conspiracy nut like me, you'll notice. Getting back on topic, the pyramid with the eye represents a symbol of freemasonry which the illuminati like to use and it is used everywhere in the media. Their purpose is to blatantly show these images to show their power and grip over people.
