hey camn i email you ive been through the samething as you and recently the only male figure i looked up to died ans dont no how to cope with so much pain
ive been abused and molested ever scince i was 1 and a half.. last yr in november ( 2008) i put ym foot down after realizig this wasnt somtething we ALL go through.. i thought my life would be better now but im falling to peices and i have no help.. ive even tried suicide! what do i do?

I just want you to know that you are not alone. I have been abused also and I know the road is hard but we must continue to move forward.-even with all the symptoms that force us to live in the past like flashbacks, panic attacks, ect. Good luck on your journey.

I can't cope hun, my life is falling to pieces, about 6 months ago my mother told me my younger sister had got in touch with my abuser (for money) why didn't she come to me i have always helped her and clothed her children, I no longer keep in touch with her or my mother. My mother once said to me when drunk "that she knew about the abuse" now says she never i don't no what to believe. I am hurting like hell

It's so hard to carry on living with all this pain inside of me!, but i have to for my childrens sake, i need to carry on and protect them. It is easy for those not abused tosay "get on with it" but it ain't that easy. lol
