Roger was my 2nd Father figure and a dear friend of mine, I know whats going on in this show. In New York where this is shot at, The Venue's out there dont allow you to stand up and dance. Its for easier crowd control. VERY STUPID Yes..... But it does make sense. This is Roger Live @ "The Black Expo Show 98"
