Simon Says, is the first episode featuring one of the most evil villians ever known. Sounds a lot like Ian McDiramid as Senator Palpatine from the Star Wars prequels & later as the Emperor in Star Wars Episode IV : Return of the Jedi. Classic character form a classic toon.
