He cracks me up! I've spent the last few hours watching his videos and I feel like I can finally give cooking outside of a microwave a shot! Thanks, Todd! =D
Onion is a dream guest star, but if monsieur Mohr succeeded to catch it up then Garlic should follow next :) By the way it could be Spanish Garlic Soup though idea and the base is the same as far as I remember.
This is totally my favorite episode so far. Chef Todd, you are totally amazing. Thank you so much for spending so much of your time making cooking coarse - I just love to watch it. I'm spreading the word through the United Kingdom.
This soup is so tasty. Just made it in class a couple days ago. Thank you for your videos Chef Todd, I've watched most of them. Greetings from Chile, maybe you can do some latin american plate one of these days :)
I'm so proud of you chef!
I keep on telling my friends and family how great you are as a teacher, as a chef and as an employer.

The music at 2:32 has captivated me unlike anything before. I must know Chef Todd, what is the name of this music?

isn't french onion soup supposed to be more caramelized than that? The videos I have seen from food network were really really dark.
