Also in my country we have public service announcements telling women to stay in well lit areas and that their rapist can be anybody. What they forget to mention my friend is that pathological violent rape by a stranger is exceedingly rare and constitutes 2% of all "rapes" The chances of a woman running into a man who is able to gain sexual excitement and erection by attacking, harming and witnessing pain is not common.
