how can we Factually Verify that Sheridans Claims about the  Product are Accurate ?

YOu can say its Raw and has actual Living Enzymes , Amino Acids, Vitamins, Trace Minerals etc. But how do we test it. I have read some reviews on Amazon and i found that some of your products contian gluten when tested under a lab What is going on here man? trying to make money of people who are wanting to health by scamming them?
