Must write it again. This is hilarious.

I know how that is, AT&T server was down so I call and manage to get through the automated service with some sanity left I get this Indian lady that sounds like she's speaking Chinese, I'm on hold for ten and a half forevers. I hang up 'cause I can't understand anything to save my life anyway! I call back, and as luck would have it, out of the hundreds of representatives I could get, I end up with the SAME lady. It was hell.
