I saw Nemani Somayajulu in Madison Wisconsin and bought his cd; I wish i could carry his cds in our store! Does anyone know where i can get some copies?
Thanks for uploading this. Sri Nemani Somayajulu is known to me as an excellent Mridangam and Ghatam master. Here we can see another dimension of this great artist.
the change towards the end is a switch from keherwa taal to drut dadra/khemta taal. (4/4 time to 6/8 time) its called a taal ferta as far as i know (at least in Bengali music). Please feel free to correct me if anyone disagrees.
@3yahweh3 the gathi is changed. Initially everything was in chatusra gathi, and at around @7:23 the gathi changed to thisra gathi. A similar change is done at aroun @2:48 also, if you notice :)
