Hey, i have really short, straight and thin asian lashes. When i curl my lashes than apply a waterproof mascara, after 1 hours, my lashes droopes down and it is straight again. Do you think that this mascara will hold my curls all day long?! And does it lengthins and volumise lashes a lot?!

@makeup4evah14561 I use Hug Me all the time. It's a beigy pinky coral-ly brown. Creamy. Good lasting power. It's a great neutral without washing you out. My skin tone is a medium beige, and I have brown hair with blonde highlights. Hope this helped you.

My mom was telling me that she cant wear mascara because within a few hours its almost down to her cheeks, I thought she was exaggerating alittle until she came back and there was no mascara on her lashes. Does this product help with staying power or is there something that you know of to help this problem? Thank you!

I would suggest using a waterproof mascara- a base really only helps with the curl., etc! Good Luck!

it is a dry mascara wand- it is not one that goes in to a bottle! :o)

I waited to get the Sheishedo mascara base a long time, you know how much can it help! How ever after haring more and more people saying that it can makes the worst mascara good I gave in and got it. O god was I wrong on this product; Ill never do my makeup without this base again. Thank you, thank you for telling me about this product!

yeah that is the only problem with this that is why people use the spolie- it is a disposable mascara wand or one that is sold seperate by some makeup likes or beauty supply stores! Good Luck! :o)

I was totally excited when i received it also.. but it was disappointing to me.. i found it made my mascara clump.. i use clinique high impact mascara.

one of the keys to using this I have found is to not let it dry to long- I put a coat on one eye then the other then I put mascara on right away- one day I did my lips in between and ugh what a mess! I hop ethis helps you! :o)

Great review! Just one question though. I've heard somewhere that this base turns any mascara you apply on top into waterproof. Is that true? Also, do you find it more dificult to remove your mascara when you've applied this before? Thank you.

it does not make it waterproof and I even looked it up just to make sure! :o) I do find it more difficult with just cleanser, but with makeup remover pads i have no problem! I hope this helps you! :o)

it is a disposable to seperate mascara wand (spoolie) that can help get ris of clumps!  I hope this helps you! :o)

Hey Lisa, great review. The only thing I find with this is it makes my lashes stiff if I wait too long before applying the mascara. I have to apply the base to one eye, immediately apply mascara and then repeat the other eye. If I do both eyes with the base and then apply mascara the time between eyes dries out the base. Otherwise, I love it!

interesting- I feel like it conditions mine and i can even use a lash curler and it doesnt stick to this stuff! Wish it worked better for you! :o(

how does this work through the day? I've tried those two ended primer/mascera things and while it works ok at first, the extentions of product on my lashes start to fall off onto my under eye and cheek area. So gross!

This is toattly different than those gross tube like things! This is a base that holds your mascara and curl/thickness in palce all day! Love it! :o)

it is so hard to get off at night..that makes me so sad, i couldn't take it off all the way no matter how hard i tried! Also i find that it doesn't really thicken but it does curl like nothing else!! and it doesn't clump (b/c it doesn't relly thicken).

I think it's good for certain people/ethnicities who have straight eyelashes.

Did you try Almay eye makeup remover pads? They take off anything and they are what I use and have no problem with! I hope that helps you! :o)
