No...negative...the rear CCW area is just for the weapon and magazines.

The water bladder goes in a mesh area of the main compartment...thread the hose out to the back...

Nice review!  I have the Maxpedition Fatboy and I love it. My GLOCK 23 rides in there with 2 extra mags. Although pricey, they make some quality goods!

Apparently you haven't seen all of my videos...I've done over a dozen board breaking videos demonstrating, the Comtech Stinger II, Cold Steel Sharkie, Kelly Worden travel wrench, Brass, Titanium, and Polymer knuckles.

Like I say it's just a hobby. and I totally believe one should post their own videos before criticizing others...lol!

Great vid. "Pay yourself first" is right my brudda. Liked the use of all the storage on this Octa. Especially the location of the G23. BTW: my new carry gun is the G30SF in 45 acp. Even smaller than the 23...but shoots like a DREAM. I think that even though I don't like fanny packs, the Octa would work fine for me. Props for sharing...you rock. Mahalo.

Springfield Armory is a great company I got (2) of their 1911 .45s...as for the XDs I've handle a bunch of them.

From their XD compacts all the way up to the XD-45 Tactical. I don't own any and never fired one.

As far as concealled carry I think they would be great. They're comparable in sizes to Glocks...

It boils down to personal preference.

I used to own an XD9.. Great gun for the money.. Carries alot like the Glock... If you can, rent one at a range before buying to see if it truly fits your style... good luck
