@ZoldierrZzz oh stfu, a completely vegetarian diet is never good for you. living in the wild, our bodies don't last long with a vegetarian only diet. it doesnt have the protein and energy we require. i agree that we should definitely change the way we eat (eat only 25% meat), and bring back the human way of farming (no more mass producing farms) and we should take care of the animals properly, but going completely vegetarian is retarded, we're not herbivores, we're omnivores.
Humans don't need meat, it's also been scientifically proven that a vegan and vegetarian diet is healthier than one that includes meat. It's better for the environment and the animals too. I don't see how you could go wrong with that. Peace!

If you're a vegetarian and eat all the right foods with protein and stuff in it (including some dairy products) you'll be as healthy as anything, if not healthier! :D I actually found I'm more healthy since going vegetarian, as I am familiar with the diet. :)

BEFORE you go and buy a new baby pig go first to pig sanctuary(it is like a home for homeless pigs) and look at grownup pigs to get an idea what to expect...
beside you may find there one or two unwanted, sad darlings that will be as good to adopt as buy new one.

You can eat those whole and raw when they are that small. Most of the bone is still cartilage so they aren't as crunchy as full grown pigs. I usually take the first bites from the back end, that way it stays alive longer. The longer its alive as I eat it, the longer it stays warm

@emmab2006 I heard that they're supposed to get to be the size of a labrador dog, which is big, but not quite as big as what you're saying... either that or you have a very small bathtub...

think about this, these pigs are peoples pets, so you cant imagine eating them, but there are other pigs out there that are also other peoples pets, and yet most people still eat them. there are cows and chickens out there that are peoples pets, and yet you still eat them. can you imagine some one eating your dog? its no different every time you eat beef, ham or chicken, you may not be slaughtering someone's pet, but you are slaughtering their brother or sister.

@Hetman1974 If you believe in God and Jesus, then it is absolutely OK to eat pigs.. God gave us dominion over all the animals. Originally in adam and eve time, they didn't eat animals.. they ate berries and veggies.. but due to sin, the world broke and stuff began to die.. so we resorted to eating animals which the bible doesn't say is wrong.. I agree that death is awful and isn't "natural" by how God made things, but we gotta live somehow.. it isnt wrong to kill and eat

@Limehammers True, but in Leviticus the bible says to not eat pork. Pork really isn't good for you. Pigs clean up the earth, they'll eat anything. They have a job to do, but they should not be eaten. Jews, Muslims and Seventh Day Adventist don't eat pork either.

so sweet... :) and will be much more to love when in 5 years time she'll get as big as Labrador dog... and it lives up to 30 YEARS
BEFORE you go and buy a new baby pig go first to pig sanctuary(it is like a home for homeless pigs) and look at grownup pigs to get an idea what to expect...
beside you may find there one or two unwanted, sad darlings that will be as good to adopt as buy new one.

You can eat those whole and raw when they are that small. Most of the bone is still cartilage so they aren't as crunchy as full grown pigs. I usually take the first bites from the back end, that way it stays alive longer. The longer its alive as I eat it, the longer it stays warm

Gossh i want to buy one even my parents let me to (they lov epigs cause they both come from villages and they used to have pigs and my father tells me they are so smart !)
But i live in greece and even though it is legal to have one of course i can not find micro pigs :(

@shadowhunt86 I wish they could actually keep away Jehovah's witnesses, then I'd actually think they were useful. I don't know how it is where you live, but around here, there is not one person that uses their dog for anything other than an annoying pet that they let poop on other people's lawns.

@kaaniranu Don't know about them, but I still use my dogs primarily to guard my home. Sure they're fun to play with, but they're also useful, that's the important thing. regarding the other pets you've listed (that are usually wild animals), lets just say that I'm the type of guy who would rather see them free in the wild, instead of being locked up in a tiny cage. So I'm against the whole thing.

At least with a pig, you can walk him, and play with him, and they actually like you. Why can't you understand that it isn't about the meat they're made of? Because you feel like a troll to me. Like those people that look for videos of bands they hate just to post nasty comments.

Yes, because I've always had a sweat tooth for the barbecued iguana with a side dish of tarantula legs, or a fried parrot... and regarding rabbits, I like them in two ways: either in the form of dinner, or out in the wild. Now tell me, why is everyone who has a different opinion, instantly labeled as a troll? I'm just looking at the thing from a more naturalistic perspective, plus I'd much rather see people were empathetic and caring towards the starving children in the world, than these pigs.

@shadowhunt86 Yes, it is pretty delicious. Because most of the time, they express this opinion vehemently to annoy people. I can't say for sure if that's the case here, but it felt like it to me, which is why I said it. As for the children, that's all well and good, but I think people have enough brain power to care about starving kids and pigs, especially considering they're two separate things, and so caring about one doesn't preclude you from caring about the other.
