Guitar Tab. On the Glass Pages website you can download midi tracks of Opening. You can import these into Power Tab Editor. That is at least a good beginning.

Usually it is way above that, like the 5th or 6th fret.

This is very good, but I have one critical suggestion. I would suggest you capo on the second fret. Also it sounds a liiiitle out of tune.. your guitar i mean.
